Laura Calvet Liñán

Dr. Laura Calvet Liñán is Associate Professor in the Logistics and Aeronautics Unit of the Department of Telecommunications and Systems Engineering at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She is Coordinator of the Degree in Aeronautical Management and a member of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) research group. Her research focuses on airspace capacity enhancement, sustainable air mobility, optimization algorithms based on metaheuristics and machine learning, and simulation-driven decision support for logistics and transportation systems. She has served as principal investigator and researcher in several European, national, and regional research projects and has supervised multiple doctoral theses.
