Jose Luis Muñoz Gamarra

Dr. Jose Luis Muñoz Gamarra is Assistant Professor in the Department of Telecommunications and Systems Engineering at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a member of the Intelligent Transportation Systems Group. His research focuses on modelling and simulation of transportation systems, U-space and unmanned traffic management (UTM), air mobility, contingency management for drone operations, and decision-support systems for complex transportation environments. He has participated in several European and national research projects related to the safe integration of drones into airspace and the development of advanced U-space services for future air mobility.
